Cory Waters

Cory Waters is currently a Senior Global Project Manager at Roche Molecular Systems, where they lead cross-functional teams in developing PCR-based in vitro diagnostic products for personalized healthcare. Prior experience includes roles such as R&D Program Leader at Becton Dickinson Biosciences and Director of Research & Technology Assessment at Seragen, Inc., where they contributed significantly to cell therapy technology and the evaluation of new technology opportunities. Cory has a robust academic background, currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Biology at Harvard University, alongside education from institutions including the University of Alberta Medical School and Brandeis University. With extensive experience in FDA-regulated environments and a strong technical background in immunology, cell biology, and biochemistry, Cory has consistently demonstrated excellence in program management and team leadership across various sectors.
