Daniel Flores is an Agile Coach at Roche, a position held since 2022, and a Professor at Universidad de Costa Rica, where they are currently teaching. Previously, Daniel held roles as a Lean Agile Coach at BAC Credomatic from 2018 to 2022, and as a Senior Process Engineer and Project Manager at the same company from 2013 to 2015. Daniel also gained experience working in advisory at Ernst & Young from 2011 to 2012 and at the front end of Albertsons from 2008 to 2010. Daniel earned a degree in Industrial Production Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica in 2010.
