Daniel Meier

Daniel Meier has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Global Talent Strategy Partner at Roche since December 2007, with previous roles including Group HR Business Partner, L&D Partner, Head Human Resources for an affiliate, Senior Compensation Manager, and HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at PricewaterhouseCoopers, an HR Project Associate position at CEMEX and Novartis, and various academic roles at the University of Basel and the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences. Daniel Meier holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Basel, a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Compensation and Benefits Management from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, and is currently pursuing a Coaching Certificate from the Coaching Institute Living Sense.
