Daniel Poso

Daniel Poso, PhD, currently serves as the Executive Director and Global Head of Portfolio & Operations at Roche's Computational Science Centre of Excellence, leading a team of 25 in portfolio management and strategic initiatives. With extensive experience in data strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation within the pharmaceutical sector, Daniel has held multiple leadership roles at Roche, GSK, and PwC, focusing on enhancing research and development productivity, data management, and organizational maturity. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Physical Biochemistry from the University of Bristol and an MA in Molecular Biosciences from the University of Düsseldorf. Notably, Daniel's efforts in advancing knowledge management capabilities were recognized with the "KM Initiative of the Year 2023" award from the Chartered Institute of Library & Information Professionals.
