Daniela Garbe has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, having held significant positions at Roche and its subsidiaries since 2008. Daniela began with a role at the National Institute for Medical Research as a Research Associate before pursuing a dissertation at the Max-Planck-Institute of Biochemistry. Daniela advanced through various leadership roles at Roche Diagnostics GmbH, focusing on Development Analytics and Site Support, before becoming the Head of Sterile Antibiotics Manufacturing. Following this, Daniela took on the roles of Business Process and Operational Excellence Partner and Head QC Large Molecules at F. Hoffmann-La Roche. Currently, Daniela serves as the Quality Site Head of Sterile Manufacturing Mannheim and the Head of Sterile Manufacturing & Packaging Biologics at Roche, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence and quality in manufacturing processes.
