Daniela Rochira

Daniela Rochira is currently the Global Head of People Relations at Roche, where they leverage extensive experience in human resources. Previous roles include serving as the Global HR Business Partner for Pharma Technical Operations and HR Manager at the Segrate Plant. Daniela also held various HR leadership positions across regions including Central America and the Caribbean. Earlier in their career, they worked as a senior associate at Imperiali Law Firm and as an HR Manager at Italcementi Spa and Suez Cement Group. Daniela's academic background includes a Master’s in HR from LIUC and an LLM in International Law from the University of London.
