Danielle Hartmann

Danielle Hartmann is an experienced leader in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Global Head of Equity Strategy and Global Diversity & Inclusion Partner at Roche since August 2014. Danielle has a proven track record in designing and implementing strategic initiatives, such as a 5-year diversity and inclusion strategy that resulted in a 2% increase in women in senior leadership within the first year. Prior roles include Director of Corporate Partnerships at Boston College’s Center for Work & Family, where corporate relations and global workforce strategies were developed, and Assistant Director for the Global Workforce Roundtable, achieving significant growth in corporate partnerships. Early career experiences include managing a major USAID-funded project at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and positions at TDS Telecom and ESI International. Danielle holds a BA in Anthropology and Economics from Brown University and a MA in International Communication from American University.
