David Edmonds

David Edmonds is an experienced medicinal chemist currently serving as Section Head at Roche since October 2020. Prior to this role, David Edmonds held multiple positions at Pfizer from October 2008 to September 2020, including Associate Research Fellow, Principal Scientist, Senior Principal Scientist, and Senior Scientist. Earlier in the career, David Edmonds worked as a Research Associate at The Scripps Research Institute from February 2005 to August 2008. Educational qualifications include a Postdoctoral degree in Chemistry from Scripps Research (2005-2008), a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, and an M.Sci. in Chemistry, both obtained from the University of Glasgow (2001-2005 and 1997-2001, respectively).
