David Nobbs

David Nobbs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital health and regulatory policy. At Roche, from August 2016 to February 2023, David advanced through three levels to become the Digital Biomarker Technology and Science Lead, spearheading digital endpoint strategy and execution across various therapeutic areas. In the role of International Regulatory Policy Lead, David crafted global regulatory strategies for digital health and engaged with industry forums to influence the regulatory landscape. Earlier experiences include leading regulatory efforts as a Work Package Lead and serving as Project Manager for a user-centric fitness application. David's academic background includes a PhD and MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience from University College London.
