Dean Weston

Dean Weston is a strategic leader currently serving as the Chapter Lead for Strategy & Portfolio at Roche Pharma Research & Early Development. With extensive experience across the pharmaceutical value chain, Dean previously held roles including Early Development Portfolio Strategy Leader and Disease Area Director, where they provided critical strategic guidance and facilitated cross-functional collaborations. Earlier in their career, Dean was a Senior Analyst at New Health Sciences, Inc., and held various consulting and managerial positions that honed their analytical and leadership skills. Dean earned a Master of Business Administration from The Open University and a Master of Science in Applied Statistics from Sheffield Hallam University, complementing their Bachelor of Science in Biology and Statistics from the University of Brighton.
