Di Xu

Di Xu is a purpose-driven and inclusive leader with over 15 years of global experience across diverse markets and various disease areas. At Genentech, Di served as a Senior Marketing Manager, overseeing a new product launch in Hemophilia, while previously managing strategic operations for the global commercialization leadership teams at Roche. Di's expertise encompasses cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and digital technology integration, evident from roles including Disease Area Strategy Lead for Digital Health and Global Marketing Leader. Currently pursuing an MBA at IESE Business School and a Master's degree in Agriculture at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Di also holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from China Agricultural University.
