Diego Prado is a global IT leader and manager with extensive experience in team management and IT service delivery. From 2012 to 2020, they held various roles at Roche, including Global IT Manager Delivery Excellence and Global Process & Data Intelligence Chapter Lead, where they directed teams and developed data models to enhance service orientation. Diego also served as a professor of organizational behavior at IES Abroad from 2017 to 2019. They earned an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, along with additional certifications in Digital Transformation from IE Business School. Currently, they continue to lead initiatives in data intelligence and process development.
