Dirley Pardo

Dirley Pardo is a Líder Comercial Molecular for Patología & RBSS at Roche Colombia, specializing in defining and effectively executing business strategies, particularly in new and established markets. With 15 years of commercial experience in diagnostic laboratory markets, including Clinical Laboratory, Molecular Biology, Pathology, and Blood Banking, Dirley has a proven ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships and lead dedicated teams. Previously, they served as Asesor Comercial Banco de Sangre and Director Comercial Division Banco de Sangre at Roche and Annar Diagnostica Import, respectively. Dirley is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration at Universidad del Rosario and holds additional degrees in Bacteriology and Marketing Management.
