Doris Kuak is a Regional Payroll, Time & Benefits Process Lead for the APAC region at Roche, where they oversee payroll processes for 16 countries and drive continuous improvements. With over two decades of payroll expertise in various multicultural environments, Doris has developed strong analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy in payroll operations. They previously held positions at BHP, Steelcase, and DHL, where they managed payroll functions, led migration projects, and provided training to enhance team performance. Doris continues their education with a Diploma of Education in Accounting at the Institute Perkim Goon.
