Edwin Caraballo

Edwin Caraballo is a Senior Director of Logistics at Roche, where they leverage extensive experience to build and lead high-performing operations in manufacturing and logistics. Previously, they held several positions at Roche, including Manufacturing Operations Manager, where they demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and process improvement. With a history at Hanesbrands Inc. as a Staff Lead Engineer, they have consistently fostered a culture of engagement and operational excellence. Currently, Caraballo is pursuing education at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
