Eli Snell

Eli Snell serves as the Head of Engineering for Digital Health Solutions at Roche since December 2019, bringing extensive experience in software solutions and engineering leadership. Prior to Roche, Eli was Vice President of Software Solutions at Proteus Digital Health, Inc. (February 2014 - December 2019), where responsibilities included overseeing the implementation of digital medicine software and managing a large team of software engineers. Other notable positions held at Proteus include Interim VP of Software Engineering, Head of Firmware and Software Applications, and Head of Platform Firmware and Mobile Software. Eli's career began at St. Jude Medical from July 2003 to February 2014, progressing through roles from Senior Software Engineer to Manager of Software Development, focusing on embedded software for medical devices. Eli's early career included a student internship at Northrop Grumman, contributing to software development for military systems. Eli holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and a Master's in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
