Elizabeth Hardy

Elizabeth Hardy has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Roche since 2022. Prior to this role, Elizabeth worked at Pfizer as a CQS Engineer and later as a Senior Compliance Specialist, where responsibilities included quality assurance support and validation protocol development. Elizabeth also held a position as a Process Engineer at Restoragen, Inc., where the successful initiation and validation of a Phase III Fermentation Facility occurred. With a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Pachuca, Elizabeth has developed expertise in quality assurance management, regulatory compliance, and process improvement initiatives throughout a career that began in 1999.
