Elodie Martz

Elodie Martz is currently the Head QA Ops MAB at Roche, where they lead a team of QA Managers to oversee the quality of Biotech Drug substances throughout the product lifecycle. Previously, Elodie served as the QA Technical Lead at Bayer Pharmaceuticals and held several positions at Novartis, including Senior QA Manager, where they were involved in quality oversight for GMP relevant infrastructures. Elodie also worked at ASSYSTEM as a Technical Manager, contributing to the financial development of the business unit and managing a team of collaborators. Their extensive experience in quality assurance spans various roles and projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
