Elyse Viola

Elyse Viola has extensive experience in the biotechnology industry, primarily at Roche, where tenure began in June 1991 and continues to the present. Currently serving as the ASPIRE Megasite Deployment Lead in Indianapolis, Elyse fulfills a critical role as Director of Global Training Business Process Owner and oversees IT User Services for multiple locations, including Indianapolis, New York, Little Falls, and Florence, focusing on support and site services for both DIA and Pharma businesses. Previous positions at Roche include Director roles in the Program Management Office, Business Operations Center, and Field Technical Service. Academically, Elyse holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has completed coursework towards a Master's in Public Administration at Rutgers University, with a thesis pending.
