Emma Lambert, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in capability development, organizational change management, and learning strategy across leading pharmaceutical companies, including Roche and Novartis. In current roles at Roche as Capability Development Partner and Agile Business Coach, Emma spearheads the implementation of organizational change management and defines innovative learning strategies for the ASPIRE program. Previous positions include Head of Learning & Change Management at Lonza and Global Deployment, Communication and Change Manager at Roche, where Emma successfully navigated complex organizational changes and established comprehensive learning frameworks.
