Eno Aronu is a Human Resources and Talent Development professional with extensive experience in organizational culture and people management. Having served as an HR Business Partner for Roche in Sub Sahara Africa and as the People and Culture Leader for Nigeria and Ghana, Eno has made significant contributions to performance management and strategic HR initiatives. Prior to this, Eno held various roles at GSK, enhancing sales force effectiveness and performance. Eno earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Lagos and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Roehampton.
