Eric Biderbost is an Agile Coach and Product Development Leader with over 20 years of experience in the technology and project management sectors. Eric currently serves as an Agile Coach and RTE at Roche, where they facilitate the adoption of scaled agile practices and support deep learning solutions in healthcare manufacturing. Past roles include head of project management at CREALOGIX Group, where Eric led a team overseeing a CHF 12 million project portfolio, and project manager at Sunrise Communications AG, managing multiple concurrent projects in telecommunications.
