Erica Bogan

Erica Bogan has over a decade of experience in the diagnostics and healthcare sectors, currently serving as the Project Leader for Continuous Monitoring at Roche since October 2011. In this role, Erica guides decision-making processes and fosters innovation within the project team, driven by a commitment to alleviating disease-related burdens. Previously, Erica held positions as International Product Manager for Viral Hepatitis Diseases, overseeing the Hepatitis B diagnostic portfolio, and as a Recruiting Specialist, managing recruitment processes and mentoring junior colleagues. Erica's career began in scientific consulting and research roles, complemented by a strong academic background with a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Zurich and additional degrees from Heidelberg University and Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Key areas of expertise include diagnostics, personalized medicine, clinical study management, and portfolio management.
