Erika Segraves

Erika Segraves is a Senior Principal Scientist at Roche, where they lead efforts in reagent scale-up and troubleshooting for NGS sequencing platform development. Previously, they served as a Principal Scientist at Roche, overseeing similar projects and mentoring other scientists. Erika's earlier roles include Research Director at Oakbio Inc. and Staff Scientist at Codexis, alongside experience as a QC/QA Intern and a Senior Project Researcher. Erika holds a BS from California Polytechnic State University, an MS and PhD from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a certificate from the University of California, Berkeley.
