Esra Le Bail

Esra Le Bail is currently the RWE Medical Lead at Roche, where they apply their extensive expertise in clinical research and patient management. They previously held roles such as Senior Clinical Research Associate at Excelya and Clinical Research Coordinator at ATLAS MEDICAL SERVICES LTD., gaining significant experience in monitoring and managing clinical trials. Esra served as a volunteer psychologist with the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Turkey and has a background in psychological counseling from their Bachelor’s degree in Psychology obtained at Ege Üniversitesi. Throughout their career, Esra has actively contributed to the clinical research field while mentoring junior colleagues and ensuring adherence to study protocols.
