Fabian Bischoff

Fabian Bischoff is currently serving as a Global Logistics Manager at Roche since October 2023. Previously, from April to September 2023, Fabian held various roles at Roche, including Digitales Marketing, where process improvements were implemented to enhance the visibility of marketing campaigns and the integration of the ABX approach into global and local strategies. Additionally, Fabian initiated the first virtual networking event with over 120 participants, contributed to a major project for reactivating a filling facility for novel medications using hybrid project management methods, managed direct procurement processes for biological and chemical raw materials while optimizing methodologies, and conducted analyses to identify cost-saving potentials in global logistics processes. Fabian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Business Administration and Engineering from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg, obtained between 2020 and 2023.
