Farzan Soleymani

Farzan Soleymani, Ph.D., is a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at Roche, specializing in machine learning and computational biology with over eight years of experience. Farzan previously served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Ottawa, collaborating with the AI4Design challenge program at the National Research Council Canada, and has held multiple teaching positions in robotics and control systems. Earning a Ph.D. in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the University of Ottawa, Farzan has also worked as a Machine Learning Engineer, contributing significantly to predictive models for protein interactions. Their academic journey includes a Master's degree in Control/Automation and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from notable institutions.
