Fernando Arnaiz

Fernando Arnaiz is a global access leader with extensive experience focusing on low and middle-income countries (LMICs). They served as the Director of Population Health at Roche, where they spearheaded strategies to double patient access and developed innovative funding solutions across over 20 countries. As Vice Director of Health Systems Strategy, they founded Roche’s funding and financing function, successfully implementing solutions that impacted millions of patients. Fernando has also held various roles in health policy and market access, fostering partnerships with key stakeholders to drive systemic health reforms. They completed prestigious education at Harvard University in 2020.
