Florence Lacourt is currently the Transformation Lead for Africa and CEETRIS at Roche, where they support and deploy the pharmaceutical transformation strategy to create an agile organization. With over eight years of experience in driving transformation at Roche Pharma, Florence has successfully built and orchestrated cross-functional project groups and developed comprehensive change management plans. Prior to their role at Roche, they held various leadership positions, including Transformation Director at Roche France and Project Director at Heineken. Florence's expertise in managing large-scale transformations is complemented by an educational background in marketing and digital landscapes.
