Florence Tan is currently the Director of People & Culture at Roche for the RSS APAC region. They previously held the position of HR Southeast Asia Region at Roland Berger from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, Florence was the Head of HR at Novartis Global Service Centre from 2015 to 2017, and served as Head of HR & Workplace at the Alliance for Financial Inclusion from 2018 to 2019. They also worked as Chief People Officer at Green Packet Berhad from 2017 to 2018. Florence is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at RMIT University.
