Florian Falk

Florian Falk is currently the Technical Outsourcing Leader at Roche, where they oversee outsourcing activities for synthetic molecules in Pharma Technical Development. Previously, Florian held positions including Head of Production at Bayer Cropscience and Director of Production at BACHEM AG. Florian's academic background includes a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie, where they also earned a Diplom in Chemistry. Additionally, they have experience as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Université de Strasbourg, focusing on catalytic activation and green chemistry.
