Fong Chun Chan

Fong Chun Chan is currently a Principal Scientist II in Bioinformatics, specializing in NGS Algorithms Development at Roche. With a PhD in Bioinformatics from the University of British Columbia, Fong previously served as an Associate Team Leader at Achilles Therapeutics plc, focusing on algorithmic and predictive modeling. Fong's experience includes mentoring junior scientists and leading key initiatives in the identification of patient-specific clonal neoantigens. Additionally, Fong has contributed to the field as an instructor for Canadian Bioinformatics Workshops and as Head of Bioinformatics at the Department of Lymphoid Cancer Research.
