Frank Rydbirk

Frank Rydbirk has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, holding prominent leadership roles at Roche from June 2018 to January 2025. As Domain Lead for Data Integration Generating Insights, Frank drove innovations in Data Governance, AI Enablement, and Platform Strategies. In the role of Head Application Services, Frank provided strategic direction for a global team exceeding 100 employees, focusing on Workplace Automation and Enterprise Service Management. Additionally, as Chapter Lead for Data and Analytics, Frank oversaw Roche's global Informatics competency chapter. Prior experience includes serving as IT Integration Manager for PD Informatics at Genentech and various leadership positions at F. Hoffmann-La Roche, including Team Head for PGL Asia Pacific and Global Team Head for Clinical Data Management Systems. Frank holds a Master's degree in Company Technology from Aalborg University.
