Franz Schuler

Franz Schuler is an experienced drug discovery and development manager currently pursuing a PhD in Toxicology at ETH Zürich. They previously served as the Head of Immunology Discovery at Roche, where they led a team responsible for preclinical experimental activities in the Immunology and Inflammation therapeutic area. With a solid foundation in organic chemistry from ETH and specialized postdoctoral experience in insecticide biochemistry and toxicology from the University of California, Berkeley, Franz has held various leadership roles, including Global Head Drug Disposition and Safety at Roche, and has been involved in cross-functional teams throughout their career. Their passion lies in efficiently turning ideas into medicines while fostering collaborative efforts within global teams.
