Frederik De Steur

Frederik De Steur is currently an Agile Coach at Roche Belgium, where they focus on delivering immediate medical solutions while fostering innovation for the future. With a background in healthcare that includes roles such as Medical Representative, Key Account Manager, and District Sales Manager at Biocodex Benelux from 1998 to 2005, Frederik has developed extensive expertise in the field. They also held various positions at Roche, including Marketing Manager for the HER2 Franchise and Regional Business Leader, prior to their current role. Frederik earned a Master’s in Revalidation Sciences and Physiotherapy from Ghent University and an Executive MBA from Vlerick Business School, complemented by a custom program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from UC Berkeley Extension.
