Fu Chenxi is a Project and Reliability Engineering Manager at Roche, bringing over 15 years of engineering experience and 10 years in management and leadership roles. They have a strong background in production line startup, process control, and new product setup, with expertise in strategic planning and project management. Fu has navigated multiple inspections by regulatory bodies including USDA, EMA, and CFDA while excelling in solid product and aseptic filling processes. Previously, they held positions at Intel and Corning Incorporated, focusing on operational excellence and maintenance engineering. Fu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical & Electronic Engineering from Shanghai University of Engineering Science and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Tongji University.
