Guillermo Guzman

Guillermo Guzman has over 17 years of experience in procurement and project management within various industries. Currently serving as Project Manager for Upstream Procurement and Procurement Manager for Projects at Roche since September 2016, Guillermo oversees supplier relations, budget management, cost optimization, and demand-driven inventory analysis. Previously, as Purchasing Manager at Fluidra from February 2006 to May 2016, responsibilities included managing supplier relations and ensuring customer satisfaction through precise forecasting and inventory control. Early career roles included Deputy General Manager at Graficas Guzman, where project management and vendor relations were key focus areas, and Project Manager at Unidad Coordinadora de Salud, coordinating health social projects. Guillermo holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
