Hamid Mirebrahim

Hamid Mirebrahim is currently a Senior Principal Bioinformatics Scientist leading the bioinformatics algorithm development team at Roche in Pleasanton, CA. Previously, they held titles such as Principal Scientist II and Bioinformatics Manager at Roche, where they focused on developing advanced algorithms for somatic and germline variant calling. Hamid has also worked as a Bioinformatics Intern at UC San Diego and as a Research Assistant at the University of California, Riverside. They hold a PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, Riverside, and a Master's degree in Computer Networks from Amirkabir University of Technology.
