Heidi Jones

Heidi Jones is a seasoned professional in the healthcare IT field with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Team Manager/Digital Support-DI at Roche since August 2021, Heidi is responsible for implementing and troubleshooting Data Innovations/Instrument Manager for integrating Roche instrumentation with customer laboratory information systems. Prior to this, Heidi held several roles at Advocate Aurora Health from 2004 to August 2021, notably as IT Manager where the responsibilities included interfacing over 750 laboratory instruments with Epic Beaker. Additional roles included managing client support teams and working as an Applications Analyst Lead. Earlier career positions included system support at Enzo Clinical Lab, field service representative at Beckman Coulter, and clinical laboratory technologist at MacNeal Hospital. Heidi holds a BS in Clinical Laboratory Science from Northern Illinois University.
