Heidi Kloninger has extensive experience in quality assurance, compliance, and sustainability within the life sciences sector. Currently serving as Head of SHE & Sustainability at Roche since October 2020, Heidi's responsibilities include process monitoring, batch record review, deviation and investigation management, and leading cross-functional teams. Prior roles include Manager QA & Compliance at Roche, Manager Qualitätssicherung (Diagnostics), and QC Manager Microbiology at Viramed Biotech AG, where Heidi managed product complaints and customer support. Earlier experience includes a position with REWE Austria Touristik GmbH and a solid educational background with a Mag. degree in Biology from Universität Salzburg.
