Helen Zhang

Helen Zhang is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various multinational companies. Currently serving as Head of Finance Partners, FP&A & Finance Operations China at 罗氏制药 since April 2024, Helen previously held the position of Global Finance Vice President at I-Mab Biopharma, where oversight of corporate finance functions was a primary responsibility. A significant career milestone includes playing a core role in the spin-off of I-Mab’s China operations. Prior to this, Helen spent nearly eight years at GSK, culminating in the role of Finance Director for China Vaccines, following substantial contributions to key projects such as the Novartis Vaccine integration. Additional experience includes roles at UCB, Nike, and BP, along with management training that provided a strong foundation in finance. Educational qualifications include a GEMBA from the China Europe International Business School and advanced finance degrees from Peking University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
