Héloïse B. is a visionary and results-driven senior Quality leader, currently serving as the Principal Quality Assurance Lead at Roche since 2022, where they design and implement Quality Assurance strategies. With prior experience as the Team Lead for Global Clinical Operations and Global Quality Management Excellence Leader at Roche, Héloïse was responsible for innovating and streamlining clinical operations processes and establishing a robust Risk Management framework. Previously, from 2008 to 2012, they held various leadership roles at Sanofi, including Global Head of Clinical and Medical Quality Operations, overseeing global R&D GxP quality assurance activities and managing a team of auditors. Héloïse holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy and multiple degrees from Louis Pasteur University, along with certifications in Risk Management.
