Ian Lightowlers is the Global Head of People and Culture for Pharma Research (pRED) at Roche, where they leverage over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and business management. Prior to this role, Ian worked at Roche from 2011 to 2015 as Global HR Business Partner for Pharma Technical Operations and held various HR leadership positions at Beiersdorf, including VP HR International. Ian began their career as an HR Consultant at Beiersdorf OOO in 1999. Ian is currently pursuing a BA Hons in European Business from the University of Wolverhampton.
