Igor Kozlov is an accomplished leader in the field of diagnostics and biotechnology with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as Global Head of Reagent Research and Design at Roche Diagnostics Solutions since January 2015, Igor oversees a large team of professionals specializing in reagent design and innovation. Previously, as Vice President and Head of Global Research at Roche Molecular Diagnostics, Igor was responsible for product development and early diagnostic assay activities. Igor's background includes senior director roles in both Roche Molecular Diagnostics and Prognosys Biosciences, where responsibilities involved managing research teams and implementing advanced technologies.
