Iva Maxwell

Iva Maxwell currently serves as Director of Sequencing System Development at Roche since July 2024. Prior to this role, Iva held multiple positions at Singular Genomics, including Senior Director of Lifecycle Management, Senior Director of System Integration, and Director of System Integration from April 2017 to June 2024. Iva's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Engineering Scientist at Meso Scale Diagnostics, where contributions were made to the development of innovative assays and instruments from February 2007 to January 2017. Iva began academic career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Harvard University from May 2002 to December 2006, focusing on experimental ultrafast optics, materials science, and biophysics, along with a brief tenure as a Scientist at LZH - Laser Centre Hannover in early 2006. Iva holds a PhD in Applied Physics from Harvard University and a BA in Physics from Mount Holyoke College.
