Ivana I.

Ivana I. is currently the Co-Head of Leadership & Communication Studies at the Military Academy, ETH Zurich, and works as an Occupational Mental Health & Well-Being/Work and Organisational Psychologist at F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG in Basel. Previously, Ivana has served as a Project Leader and Research Fellow at the Universität Bern, a Project Leader for the "Healthy University of Bern" Initiative, and has held various research and teaching positions at the same institution. Ivana obtained a PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology from Universität Bern and has also conducted research as a Visiting Scholar at UC Irvine.
