James Wu is an accomplished leader in the field of IT and digital transformation, currently serving as the APAC Chapter Lead for Informatics Partnering and CIO at Roche Pharma Taiwan since July 2019. In this role, James has successfully led significant IT transformations, established digital collaborations with the Ministry of Health, and championed Open Innovation through the creation of an Innovation Lab and tech pilot program. Prior to Roche, James held key positions in technology strategy and digital transformation at TAIKOO MOTORS GROUP and managed global marketing strategies for Infiniti Motor Company Ltd. Experience also includes strategic roles at Volkswagen AG, consulting with BT, and technology advisory at Deloitte Consulting, where a diverse skill set in IT strategy, project management, and operational efficiency was developed. Education includes an MBA from the University of Cambridge and ongoing leadership studies in Digital & IT Innovation at Carnegie Mellon University.
