Jana Herrmann

Jana Herrmann is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Global Head of Integrated Workforce Strategies at Roche since August 2009. In this role, Jana leads a comprehensive approach to talent management spanning across Talent Acquisition, Succession and Talent Management, People Relations, and External Workforce strategies. Jana has also held positions such as Global Head of Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included Talent Intelligence and recruitment frameworks, and International Program Manager for Attraction & Sourcing, managing business school relationships and talent relationship management. Prior experience includes roles as HR Consultant at Wodker Associates, Transborders Consultant at Transcom Worldwide, and various HR positions at Swiss International Air Lines. Jana holds a degree from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce, completed in 1997.
