Janice Lim is a Quality & Compliance Senior Manager with extensive experience in quality control and regulatory submissions within the pharmaceutical industry. They began their career as a QC Analyst at Genentech, followed by roles at Roche where they excelled as a Senior QC Scientist and later as a QC Specialist. Janice has also held positions at Chugai Pharma USA and A* Star Bioprocessing Technology Institute, contributing significantly to compliance and quality oversight. Currently, they pursue a Graduate Certificate in Health Products Regulation at Duke-NUS Medical School and have a strong passion for sustainable agriculture and food waste, advocating for diversity and inclusion.
