Janise Devoe

Janise DeVoe has extensive experience in coaching and organizational development, currently serving as a Leadership and Team Coach for Roche since January 2014, focusing on optimizing effectiveness across the drug development lifecycle. Prior to Roche, Janise held several key positions at Genentech, Inc., including Head of PTA Learning and Org Performance Improvement and Pharma Technology Global Functions Training Manager. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Speech and Language Therapist for Millbrae School District from 1996 to 2000. Janise holds a BS in Social Science with a concentration in Business Organization from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, an MS in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from California State University - East Bay, an MA in Psychology with a focus on Organization Development from Sonoma State University, and possesses EMCC Global Individual Team Coaching Accreditation.
